The Smart Smoke Sensor sends you alerts on your smartphone when the battery is nearing the end of its 10-year lifespan*, which means the unit needs to be replaced.

Sound check reminders

The app allows you to set monthly, semi-annual or annual reminders to test your Smart Smoke Detector. As recommended, such a check should be performed at least once a year.

Where to install the Smart Smoke Detector?

For safety and protection from fire, install a Smart Smoke Detector in all bedrooms, children’s rooms and hallway. For added safety, additional Smart Smoke Detectors may be installed in the living room, attic and basement. In some countries local regulations may also apply. Automatic diagnostics

Do you sometimes wonder if your home smoke detector is working properly? The Smart Smoke Detector constantly monitors the battery status, checks the performance of the smoke detection mechanism and checks Wi-Fi connectivity. If there are any technical problems, you will receive a notification on your smartphone.

Silencing the alarm with a smartphone

Alarm went off because of burnt toast? You don’t have to climb on a chair to turn off the ceiling-mounted device – just mute the Smart Smoke Detector alarm with your smartphone.
